1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and joy9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the joy9 website located at https://joy9.bar and all associated services, products, and features.

By accessing the joy9 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the joy9 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To be eligible to open and maintain a joy9 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of joy9 or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or software suppliers.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or ban currently in force on any other gambling platform.

joy9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by joy9 will result in account suspension and may result in the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

Where it is found that a player has misrepresented their age or identity, joy9 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and take such further action as is required under applicable laws and our responsible gaming obligations, including the return of any deposits made by an under-age player.

3 Account Registration

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one joy9 account. joy9 strictly prohibits the opening of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment method details. Where multiple accounts are detected, joy9 will merge or close all duplicate accounts, and any bonus winnings derived from those accounts will be voided.

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. joy9 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify joy9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. joy9 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel. All activity conducted through your account prior to your notification of unauthorised access will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and you bear full responsibility for any resulting losses.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting joy9 support. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules before closure is processed. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and identity verification requirements.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

joy9 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). joy9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion fees are your responsibility.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your joy9 account are legally owned by you and are free from any criminal or fraudulent origin. You must use only payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, business accounts, or jointly held accounts not registered to you individually are prohibited and will result in account suspension and the withholding of any associated funds pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the relevant payments page and may be updated from time to time. joy9 reserves the right to impose additional transaction limits on individual accounts where required for security, responsible gaming, or regulatory compliance purposes.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. joy9 aims to process verified withdrawals as quickly as possible; however, processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any outstanding verification requirements. joy9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal if deemed necessary for fraud prevention or account security purposes.

Initiating a charge-back, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of a valid joy9 transaction is a serious breach of these Terms. Where a charge-back is received, joy9 will immediately suspend your account, reverse any associated winnings, and may pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal channels.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

joy9 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each individual promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• joy9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion at any time, provided that any wagering already in progress at the time of cancellation is settled fairly.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to multi-accounting for bonus purposes, exploiting system errors, or wagering in a manner designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another account.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on joy9 are subject to acceptance by joy9 at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a unique bet reference number. joy9 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason, including where a bet is placed at odds that are manifestly erroneous or the result of a technical error on the platform.

Live in-play betting is subject to additional conditions. joy9 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time, including where a significant event (such as a wicket, goal, or injury) has occurred but has not yet been reflected in the odds. Bets placed after the occurrence of such an event but before the market is updated may be voided at joy9's discretion.

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment without a result being determined, manifest pricing errors, match-fixing findings by a recognised governing body, or technical failures that prevented a fair betting market from operating. Voided bet stakes are returned to your account balance in full.

Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market type apply and are published in the platform's betting rules section. joy9 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout applicable to any specific player's account at its discretion.

7 Casino Game Rules

All casino games offered on joy9 — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi, as well as RNG slots and table games from NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the individual game rules presented within each game interface. Where a conflict exists between those game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• Casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. joy9 does not manipulate RNG outputs.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed by the system according to the game rules in place at the time the disconnection occurred. joy9 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
• All live dealer game outcomes are final once the dealer or host has announced the result. Technical queries must be submitted within 24 hours of the disputed game round.
• joy9 reserves the right to suspend, remove, or replace any game title at any time and without notice.

8 Responsible Gaming

joy9 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within your account dashboard.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts and session breaks after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum of 12 months.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the duration of your current session and your net financial position.

joy9 reserves the right to impose mandatory responsible gaming restrictions on any account where patterns of play suggest a risk of gambling-related harm, even in the absence of a player request. The platform strictly enforces the 21+ age limit and participates in shared responsible gaming databases where applicable.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joy9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in legal proceedings:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
• Operating more than one joy9 account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live table games, or any other competitive game format offered on joy9.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities; any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected bug are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity related to the manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Using the platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the joy9 platform or its software.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour directed at joy9 staff or other players.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the joy9 platform — including but not limited to the joy9 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of joy9 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the joy9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the joy9 platform without prior written consent from joy9.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joy9 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the joy9 platform, regardless of whether joy9 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, server downtime, or force majeure events outside joy9's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracies in live odds, match statistics, or game information displayed on the platform, provided that bets are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. joy9's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments and Termination

joy9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, joy9 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of joy9 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

joy9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to other players, or where required by law. In the event of termination for cause, joy9 may forfeit all or part of the account balance. In the event of termination without cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which joy9 is incorporated as an internationally licensed offshore platform. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through joy9's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring your use of joy9 complies with all laws applicable in your own jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitration tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and joy9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
